Following is an excerpt from the press release issued Sept. 1 regarding vaccine requirements in the province: The long-anticipated plan will roll out in two stages. Beginning Sept. 22, people will have to show proof of full vaccination using a digital or paper copy of their vaccine receipt and photo ID to enter non-essential high-risk indoor settings where face masks can’t always be worn.
