                                                                   id-June  was  perfect  for  a  great  day  of  socializing,  learning
                                                               Mand enjoying the countryside of southern Ontario during our
                                                               annual Cool Car Ride. The weather was terrific and members with
                                                               all sorts of cars and motorcycles joined us for a great ride across
                                                               the  Niagara  Escarpment.  The  day  began  with  the  group  leaving
                                                               from  Milton  and  visiting  United  Lumber  in  Georgetown.  Sandy
                                                               Bayley’s team had a special parking lot ready for us as we kicked
                                                               off the 13th annual ride. We then followed some incredible roads
                                                               through  Halton  Hills  to  Leathertown  Lumber.  Boris  Nincevic,
                                                               one  of  the  new  owners  of  this  Castle  outlet  in  Acton,  showed
                                                               us  around  their  recently  renovated  store  and  talked  about  the
                                                               plans for future updates. From there it was a beautiful ride back
                                                               to the Milton area where we had an interesting plant tour of the
                                                               Rockwool factory and a fabulous lunch. Special thanks to Trudy
                                                               Puls and the Rockwool group for their hospitality.
                                                                 The afternoon started with a short ride to Legendary Motorcar.
                                                               For  those  who  are  unfamiliar  with  Legendary  they  have  a
                                                               100,000  square  foot  showroom  and  repair  facility  where  they
                                                               restore and repair high end classic and exotic cars. This place was
                                                               like heaven for car people. We got to go beyond the public areas
                                                               and  see  all  that  goes  on  behind  the  scenes  at  one  of  Canada’s
                                                               most  highly  regarded  auto  restoration  shops.  The  upstairs
                                                               showroom with multiple Ferrari, Cobra and Corvette models had
                                                               everyone looking under their couch cushions to see if we could
