        within the Castle Family. When he made the move into
        his own LBM retail venture, the buying group that best
        reflected his own values was Castle.

        CASTLE ADDS NEW LOCATION IN THE MARITIMES
           Castle  is  pleased  to  announce  that  their  newest
        member  in the Maritimes  is Homestar Group. The  new
        member is located in Quispamsis, a suburb just outside
        of Saint John, New Brunswick.
           Founder & CEO Mark Hatfield is the essence of a true
        independent entrepreneur. He discovered early on in his
        career that working for himself was more gratifying and
        was far more lucrative financially. Homestar began as a
        small operation back in 2002 and quickly grew over the
        years into a full service residential and commercial home
        improvement company. Mark felt it was time to partner
