           Mobile  Crane  Certification  for  writing
        the  MLTSD  standard,  P930030,  40  hours  of
        training.  Employer registered with the MLTSD
        is referred to as the “Signing Authority”.  The
        key elements of the program are:
        1. Business  owners  /  employers  must  obtain
          “Signing  Authority”  authorization  from  the
          MLTSD.
        2. The employer must then select and register
          employees for training.
        3. The employer must then select a qualified
          training  institution  that  has  competent
          trainers  who  will  conduct  an  adequate
          training  program.  Trainers  can  adjust  the
          hours of training depending on the level of
          experience of the student.  Please note that
          a list of trainers is available on the LBMAO
          website.
        4. Employee must then attend and complete
          the  training  program  instructed  by  a
          qualified trainer.
        5. Upon successful completion of the training
          the  employee  operator  will  be  issued  a
          Certificate of Training by the trainer.
        6. For   the   Certificate   of   Qualification,
          the  Company  completes  and  signs  all
          documents and submits them to the local
          MLTSD office.
        7. MLTSD  Testing  -  Upon  successfully
          completing the written test, students must
          achieve a 70% grade for passing. The test
          can be taken over again if the student failed

        8. The MLTSD will issue accreditation (licence)
          to  the  employee  in  a  form  of  an  Ontario
