        If you don’t have the answers in that time –
        provide them an update with a new timetable.
        Wondering if you have forgotten about them
        is a sure sign to a customer that they need to
        look  elsewhere.  Emails,  text  messages  and
        phone calls let your customer know you are
        working  on  a  solution  for  them.  The  best
        follow up is a quick response.
        Creatively Problem Solve
           Customers  want  solutions  to  their
        issues.  The  more  ways  you  can  arrive  at
        these  solutions,  the  quicker  and  happier
        your  customer  will  be.  Remember  that  all
        customers  are  not  alike  and  the  ways  to
        resolve  their  needs  are  different.  It  helps  if
        you give alternative solutions. “We can do this
        if you would like, or we can try that if it would
        help”  may  be  a  creative  option.  Personalize
        the solutions so your customer feels like they
        have a unique plan.
